Shipping Policy
At NZ Merch, all of our products are custom printed and shipped through our trusted partner Printify. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works for your order.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
- New Zealand & Australia: 7–15 business days (depending on supplier location)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing is complete.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, supplier, and delivery address.
- Some items may qualify for free or flat-rate shipping (shown at checkout).
- Multiple items may ship separately if produced by different Printify partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays & Exceptions
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal service issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Remote or rural delivery addresses may experience longer transit times.
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
