Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times

• New Zealand & Australia: 7–15 business days (depending on supplier location)
• United States: 3–7 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing is complete.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, supplier, and delivery address.
• Some items may qualify for free or flat-rate shipping (shown at checkout).
• Multiple items may ship separately if produced by different Printify partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Exceptions

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal service issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Remote or rural delivery addresses may experience longer transit times.
